About

Nelson Kier came to this country as a refugee from Cuban communism shortly before the Bay of Pigs invasion. He loves America and the incredible opportunities it has provided to him and his family. Like Diogenes of Sinope, he seeks intellectual truth in politics and economics, and he believes that competing in age group tournament tennis competitions provides him with athletic honesty by routinely administering harsh doses of reality and humility .

Nelson began his full time work in advertising, but has had multiple careers, including sales, commodities floor trader, president of a manufacturing company, real estate developer and tennis instructor. His current focus is private investments.

    Tennis is not Transitive:
I’ve thought of this concept for years–for me it never had form instead it was a feeling.

Finally an intellectual focused on the concept and put it into words…matches are best settled on the court and not in the mind!
